Hi all! Welcome to my new blog on Martial Arts. Well, among the many things that I do, have practiced a number of Martial Arts from Ju-Jitsu, Iaido, Aikido and currently Wu Shu Kwan (Chinese Kickboxing). I have also trained with some MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) competitors.
My goal here (as I have a number of them), is to promote Martial Arts as a well balanced formula for physical, spiritual and mental discipline. The benefits I have recieved from Martial Arts has been phenominal! Another goal of mine to to become financial free by the 2011.
I also engage in peaceful meditation on occasion and can guarantee that it is also a powerful aid to reaching that state of clarity that most human beings cannot even begin to sense!
I will be posting here as frequently as I can with tips and hints that I use, which you can use also that help me get in shape and altogether (most of these you can do at home).
There'll also have downloads for you guys too to help you on the journey. Things that have helped me to keep motivated may also do the same for you.
